Last night did a beet salad with goat cheese and onion straws and my entree had twin 5oz filet mignon tenderloins with French green beans and rice pilaf.

Started with a single Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout and then on to a few glasses of Joel Gott Cab Sav.

My belly very happy.

I have a George Foreman grill that shuts it'self of after holding set heat for a few minutes and It it timed perfect for Wrights thick cut bacon. Perfect every time.

Just trimmed and packaged the 50-day dry aged KC strip. A ton of waste, and not much leftover. Very small steaks, hope the flavor makes up for it.

That reminds me. I have a package of double cold smoked homemade bacon in the fridge. Need to slide that up soon.
