We'll see if the Warriors recover from the end of the season stretch of stinkers.

Losing to multiple hall of famers puts a black mark on his resume? Then why can't the same be said for Jordan? Personally, I love these arguments because no side can really win. I will say that the 90's Knicks and 90's Pacers were some of the most overrated teams I can think of. The Pistons were undoubtedly on the downslope of their run in 1991. Not to mention all of the injuries they had to battle during that playoff run.

Wut? How was he a ball hog when Phil was there? How did Phil bend to him?

Huge series for Lebron. This is his last chance if he ever wants to be close to Jordan (assuming he runs to Houston or whatever).

LeBron goes to his 8th straight finals and the LeBronies can't even enjoy it because all they care about is arguing about him being better than MJ. My God let it go.

If he truly is better then by the time he retires everyone will know it.

Anyway the Celtics had plenty of chances to win it. They were getting open looks they just couldn't hit the shots. Great defensive team but they need more scorers. If they can stay healthy next year or trade for Kawhi they'll be the team to beat in the East whether LeBron is with the Cavs or not.

That said great game by LeBron wining without Kevin Love and pretty much a trash supporting cast.. He is probably the most well-rounded player I've seen. I'm glad I got to see him play in his prime..

That said Cavs have a 0% chance of winning the finals. Warriors are going to smash them and Durant has already proven he can score on LeBron pretty much at will.

This argument doesn't work because LeBron and MJ are two very different players who played in different eras. You don't build a team around MJ the same way you would around LeBron. Wade and MJ on the same team doesn't make much sense considering they both play SG and MJ wouldn't be a good fit with the Cavs considering they are pretty much built around LeBron's skill set, not MJs.

Defense was absolutely better back then.

No question.

KC_Connection do you even care that LeBron is going to the finals or do you just care that people think he is better than MJ?

Joe Dumars and Gary Payton have more all-defensive first team honors than all of those guys combined.

He’d be a great head coach for KC’s NBA team.

I care about LeBron going to the Finals to the extent that I will have the privilege of watching the GOAT perform his craft on the greatest of stages for at least another 4 times this year. The Cavs themselves have no chance to actually win a title, though.

Passing MJ and everyone else is just the by product of this dominant run and I am relishing in it.
