There are two ways:

1. Neg rep Bob Dole and then pm him to ask how much of a rep hit he took.

2. Click the user cp menu button and scroll down to "latest rep given". It'll be listed on the red bar. This presumes that you've given someone rep at some point. If you haven't, shame on you.
