IIRC, he was saying 39% of those tested were positive. They went on for a bit about New York and the issues there.

I should watch it again just to keep it all straight. They cover a LOT of ground.

Yeah he then goes on to extrapolate that out to the general population. I’m not sure that works as only symptomatic people are tested no?
