It feels like half the damn city works at that plant. I re-watched the portion of the press conference where Dr. Williams was talking about it. They're trying out their "boxed in" strategy on it. Hopefully they can get it contained before it spreads all over the city.

She might be a little crazy but Las Vegas is in a uniquely shitty situation considering basically 100% of their business revenue is based off tourism and service industry which should be obvious to most anyone who thinks about it.

Montana's numbers look pretty good, relative to Oklahoma's. I hope it goes well.

This is where I live, so hearing Dr. Williams from the governers office mention they are sending a bunch of tests and are going to try and "box it in" was a little nerve wracking.

They think they might have an outbreak at Triumph Foods, which is a pig processing plant on the south side of town.

I don't think they have a feel for how extensive the damage is yet.

The LV mayor's last name is Goodman. I assume she's related to Oscar Goodman, who was mayor there for years and had all kinds of dirty connections and mob ties.

I think it will, it's not like they are saying, "everything will be that same as before the Rona arrived...GO!" Still a lot of extra rules in place, distancing, early closure of bars, primarily capacity changes. Even with all that said, at least this should help peoples state of mind.

Looks like the Sweedish idea for Eugenics is failing.
