:-) Well the article is still free now for anyone that cares. So sick of "hey subscribe to our garbage" or "we noticed you're running an ad blocker". Damn right I am and it's because you cocksuckers got carried away with all your bullshit popping up and I'm not shutting it off for you or anyone else. BACK ARROW>GOODBYE

Unfortunately I think that's how it's going to go. Especially for businesses that require people to gather in large numbers in public. Restaurants, movie theaters, etc. And that doesn't even factor in people's willingness to actually go do these things while this is out spreading around. It'll be better than now for sure, but not what it was.

We spent the day walking trails along the Missouri River and then I mowed the yard.

It felt great to be outside and getting some sunshine. Such a beautiful day.

It's how it's going to have to go...but it's going to take more of them out. Just sad to see a few industries destroyed while others are largely unaffected if at all, and some even profiting from it. Everyone should be doing their share of suffering in this.

I get caring about small businesses. But why doesn't anyone care about big businesses too? You know, the ones that employ the majority of people in this country. I mean **** them am I right?

Time for things to open back up. Eateries will need serious redesign at first, more outdoor dining. Fewer tables, less waitstaff, higher prices but it’s time. After people get calmed down they can add tables back. Still wonder if ball will come back. Hope pharma gets a hit on a vaccine. Will send antivaxers into outer space

I read a quote from a liquor store owner that essentially said every day is like New Years Eve.

Once example is pizza companies like Dominos, Papa Johns and Pizza Hut. They are actually doing very well. There are more, but that's just one example.

the local pizzerias here are doing very very well. They’re even selling pizza kits so you can make your own at home. And pizza is safe. It goes from the oven right into a box without being touched.
