The biggest change is the way he prepped in the offseason. He stopped lifting heavy weights and just did Tom Brady-style body weight resistance training.
Increased his flexibility and regained some of that bat speed that had been evaporating.

Thank you. Haven't been to a Royals game in Kansas City for a few years. Saw them the last few over in St. Louis. They have changed shit since I bought tickets last.
