Anyone with experience?

Where are my attorneys with experience in MO drug cases?

Seems like the 'bible thumping conservatives' and the 'hypocritical liberals' have some sort of weird collusion going on, you ever notice that?
Yes, both of them have issues. It seems though conservative states would rather take your freedom for soft drug usage. Soft drugs that are less harmful and less toxic than tylenol or advil. Which we allow children to buy freely BTW.

The main issue I have will liberal states is they want everything in your wallet.

So you have to ask yourself. You want to take a chance with losing your freedom, or a losing few extra bucks in your wallet? cost vs. benefit

I mean, you're in the middle of trying to move to a different state to be with your daughter and you get busted on felony drug charges? That's about the dumbest real life thing I've ever heard of anyone doing on this board.

Oh, I'm mad at my fucking self. It's one expensive ticket so far, already. Especially since the shot wasn't even mine, but it was in my vehicle and I ain't no snitch.

I'm just surprised at the big to do over a few dried flies and crumbs in the bottom of a baggie in 2018...

Are you really surprised though? Did the law change in 2018 or something?

Yeah, because all of that started with Trump.

Do I think the drug laws are sensible? Not really.

Am I surprised that breaking the clearly defined laws results in undesirable penalties? Not really.

Agreed.

Maybe we can just send drug offenders off to join star force instead of the pen.

If ratting is keeping me from moving to my family that’s an easy decision.

Especially if a “friend” isn’t man enough to take their own heat.

I like you, Rabs, but don’t ruin your life for someone else’s fuckup.

If he was the only one in the car, he is legally responsible.

No doubt.

Unless the friend takes responsibility and doesn’t fuck an innocent over.

My reaction in Rabs situation would be scorched earth. He looks at this like he’s protecting somebody, I look at it like his friend is completely fucking him over.

Consequences of living in a dark ages state. I am sure we are all appreciative of the state locking you up for this.
