He was on the injury list for a nagging hamstring... Spags is just being stubborn about Ragland and O'Daniel, both are needed to stop the run. Reggie did a better job with only 5 snaps today than the rest of the crew.

That entire game was Houston giving the Chiefs 2 TE's constantly, more base defense than in any other game. They isolated the LB's in coverage and attacked them over and over....had Ragland played more it would not have been better.
