Regardless...he would have made $21 million this year. He is still costing $7 million. He freed up $14 million...which the Chiefs might use on a $19 million per player that cost them picks.

That's a loss of $5 million and picks...is Clark that much better?

Something I hadn’t considered: The #Chiefs have a TON of cap room right now. Maybe they could front-load Frank Clark’s deal the way the 49ers did with Dee Ford?
