I've never had a flu shot but I got the flu earlier this year that knocked me on my ass for a week. 104 degree fever for 3-4 days, diarrhea, sore all over, etc. No fun.

I'm getting a flu shot next week.

I get one every year. I got it last week and took my daughter who doesn’t like needles with me to help her avoid putting it off all winter.

Last had the Flu in 1984 with 4-5 days pushing a 105 temperature. I make sure I get one every year. Get one early as they might run out.

The only time I got sick in close proximity to getting a flu shot was when I got a flu shot, anthrax shot, and small pox all within 2 minutes of each other. That shit fucked me up
