Nzoner's Game Room>How will you react?
comochiefsfan 04:57 PM 01-14-2020
Knocking on wood here and allowing myself to dream a little.

But if we’re fortunate enough to finish this run, what will your reaction be when Mahomes goes down to a knee to close out the Super Bowl?

I haven’t been a Chiefs fan long enough to cry I don’t think, but it’ll definitely be a feeling of joy that I’ve maybe never felt before. I probably won’t get a lick of sleep that night.

Just wondering how some of you longer suffering fans would take in the victory.

2 more games and this could actually be a reality. Beat the Titans on Sunday.

If we win this weekend I am flying to KC to watch the game with my dad. Going to get a big order from Jack Stack and we are hanging the $%@! out.

I've never cried in the moment (Royals 85 and 15, KU 88 and 08) but watching replays of those championship moments chokes me up. So I'm guessing I'll be jacked if they win and then get all weepy when I watch the replays all 90 times in a row.

I cried as a 7 year old on Christmas Day 1971 when we lost;
I shed a tear when Joe Delaney died;
I shed a tear when Derrick Thomas died;
I cried a few tears my first time at Arrowhead at 50 years old when the crowd sang "and the home of the CHIEFS!";
I will cry when we make it back to the Super Bowl and I will cry like a little bitch if we win.

50 years of bottled up emotion and failure relief will come pouring out......

I haven't been a Chiefs fan long enough, but as a Blues fan who experienced heartache prior to last season, I want this so bad for the die hards.

I'm lucky enough to be a huge Penguins fan, so I know how it feels to win it all, but man I want my Chiefs to do it so so bad, and I can feel my reaction will be different if it happens.

I'm not greedy. Just give me one SB win :-)

I have no idea how i will react. The concept is so foreign to me that i can't even begin to comprehend the situation.

My father grew up watching them since they won it in 69, wasn’t a die hard then since he was 7. But, I’ve taken after him and I’m chiefs 24/7 365 days a year. Can’t get enough. So if we win, my pops and I will probably hug and cry, after that I will probably run outside and scream as loud as possible so my neighborhood can feel my emotion. And then, I’ll be booking my plane tickets to Kansas City for the Parade with my father in tow. Bucket list, can’t miss it for the world.

I will likely tear up, sit around in disbelief/euphoria (the mmj might factor into that too), tear up again, and cum into my finest dress sock.

I already know how I'd react. Because for about 5 seconds, I thought we went to the Super Bowl last year...and then people are like NOOO DEE FORD.

I’m going to crank up “We are the champions” and enjoy every moment.

It’s a moment that has been, personally, 30 years in the making.

Then I’m going to wait to see Clark get the Hunt trophy and probably watch the end of the Niner-Packer game in the stadium.
