Probably the best they can do... Denver is not going to be an attractive HC job.

They have no QB and their ownership situation is unsettled.

That's not true... good young coaches looking for their start will truly take any job and despite Denver's poor stretch since 2016, they're far from being a spot that nobody wants to coach. That's just silly.

No QB, limited talent on offense, an aging defense, an unsettled ownership situation, and a Vice President of Football Operations who will be hiring his 4th HC within a span of 5 years.

Good luck trying to sell that situation to decent HC prospects who have other options to choose from.
