I was ahead of the game because whatever Doritos flavor my wife buys I keep a bottle of Tapatio near to shake out that red nector on my chip. I especially like it on the old school taco flavor Doritos.

I have also found when a chip company brands a flavor it never tastes anything like it. Lays or was it Guys that branded the KC Masterpiece BBQ chip that tasted just like the regular old BBQ chip.

I had some this weekend and they are ridiculously good, but the combination of the the MSG and Tapatio flavoring rip through your tongue like shards of glass, and you won't be able stop eating them. Then you will not be able to get the taste out of your mouth for around 12 hours. :-)

A little sour cream for dipping makes a nice touch as well.
