My 2 and 4 year old daughters want to be chiefs. (Of course they also think that I'm on the team because all I wear is chiefs stuff.) But maybe they'll have more opportunities if they want to because of her.

Two words: long snapper.

Bulk them up and teach them to long snap. I've read that women have more fine-level coordination than men, so they should thrive. You might want to be sure they bulk up, though, so they can run down punts.
