I'm doing a smoked turkey for the first time ever so that's one. Two is this scalloped corn dish my wife's grandma makes. Three is gonna be candied yams.

Mashed potatoes are OK but nothing I don't have all year. Dressing and rolls are honorable mentions here.

Stuffing - I have yet to meet a stuffing that I did not enjoy. Sage, raisin and water chestnut, sausage, oyster. I like stuffing.
Gravy.
