Speaks passed him on the OLB depth chart because while Kpass looked like taco bell diarrhea in coverage, Speaks just looked like regular shit. I don't think I put much stock in that.

Speaks had more playing experience, and that tends to build on itself.

Spagnuolo likes to move guys around, and I could totally see Kpass as a rotational DE at either spot if Daly can get him to play up to his considerable physical talent level. If the light bulb were to go on...I mean he's physically Michael Strahan pretty much.

I just think he was totally wasted in any kind of scheme that asked him to cover a RB in the flat.

KPass has the talent. Wrong scheme, like many of the players we’ve brought in the last year+. It’s not unheard of(at all) for a backup to come in and be better.
