Rogers IS THEE BEST in picking up blitzes. Without PM2 we cannot make this a track meet. We won't keep up. Rogers will burn our ass all game. I get your point about pressure and yes it is essential but it has to be schemed differently and at the right time. Disguising is HUGE against the great QBs. Denver was just too easy because they are that bad. Spags didn't care if telegraphed at all because their o-line was that bad knowing we would succeed most of the time and we did.

Nah - that's EXACTLY the kinds of plays Nnadi was making as a rookie and he was making them far earlier in the season.

Nnadi was a horse in the middle last year.

He's developing faster than Nnadi but I don't think he's even caught up to where Nnadi was at this point in the season just yet - he had a LOT further to go.

Too few people gave Nnadi enough credit for being the stalwart in the middle that he was, especially against the run.

Yeah, Saunders has shown immense growth and looks like a keeper, but he wasn't ahead of Nnadi at the same time. Nnadi was making those same plays but was also flashing greater consistency in the run game.
