Oh, you know, by having a couple down years and getting fired. A no-brainer hire! Not good enough for Philly but clearly good enough for everybody else!

How many franchises do you think would have achieved less than Denver if Elway and Manning hadn't fallen into your lap?

Denver's record without those guys is not.a.pretty.sight. You still haven't drafted a respectable QB in 60+ years.

So many wild guesses out there...

Jeudy to the Packers for a 2023 R2 and R4.
Risner to the Bucs for a 2023 R3.

Talk of Chubb being dealt for like possibly 2 picks in top 4 rounds in 2023. Who knows what comes of this one, but there's a lot of chatter.

Might as well ship Hamler for a R5 or R6.

Swing for the fences... "sell sell sell". I'm not setting my alarm Sunday morning.

Same thing for Elway and Manning.

Really don’t want to hear about your luck bs for years. It’s come to an end.

Our turn

From Breer:

Breer: I don’t think so. But it’s hard to rule anything out. They have deep pockets, and if they had a goal to land, say, Sean Payton, and were willing to pay him $25 million per year to do so, then eating four years of an entry-level head coaching contract might not seem like the end of the world. And I think this logic could go for teams elsewhere, too, that might not be quite as wealthy as the Waltons, particularly with the windfall of the new broadcast deals.

Awesome. So much for Hackett Hugs, eh? Haven't even hit November yet and you're already abandoning ship.

"But we're suppose to be 5-1 and you know it!"

I'm just reporting the news.

I'm not abandoning anything. I'd give Hackett the rest of the season to see if he has a Sirianni-like turnaround.

Turn around? Why would he need a turnaround? Only shitty performances require turnarounds.

Are you saying the Broncos offense has been complete ass and needs a turnaround?

Can't Hackett just hug it out?

Maybe run up some stairs before the game to show how much a leader he is?

This is how teams get better.....trading away their home-grown proven commodities for draft picks that are likely going to be worse than the ones they already squandered in the bad deals your shitty GM has already made
