Did no one else see the rt signal to henne right before the snap? I think they were looking for lackadaisical defense and saw what they needed, otherwise my bet is if defense was paying attention they punt. [Reply]
It's also crazy that Reid went for it on 4th and 1 on the wrong side of the 50 on the play after Mahomes went out (the flip out to Williams). No one would have blamed him for punting there. [Reply]

The QB is probably coached to just run for it if the pass isn't there. then even if you come up short the clock continues to run.
