I was on that board. I don't remember the name, but I remember who you are talking about.

I was on there (reid_82) and can’t think of the name now either. The 247 buyout of scout unfortunately killed that community. Most jumped to RoyalsReview, I think.

It was something that started with an A, I thought? Anyway, that was the first person that clued me into the antiquated approaches Bill Fischer was forcing on pitching development at the start of the 10s.

Was it "ARoyalPain"? I seem to recall that name as a source.

Ding ding ding! That's it! I was thinking ARP as an acronym, but couldn't think of the whole thing. Thanks

Any thoughts on adding Kolten Wong? Matheny has a history with him.

Pass for me.

I'd rather see Whit play second full-time, but even if we use him elsewhere Lopez is a cheaper option with more upside because of age.

I think it should.

Gordon is right there with Frank White and Amos Otis, to me, for second-best player in franchise history. He and Frank are actually pretty good comparisons...

No just no, but FUCK NO from me.

Yeah, he's a dynamic defensive player (But so is Nicky Lopez). For the price, the bat upgrade just isn't enough.

Spend that money on an OF instead and move Merrifield back to 2B. You're more likely to get a helpful bat that way. Or just move Merrifield back to 2B and roll with Oliveres, Lee, Soler, and a 4th OF of your choice (Kyle Isbel?).

We have acquired RHP Dylan Coleman from San Diego as the PTBN to complete the Trevor Rosenthal trade. He will be assigned to Wilmington. #Royals
