I guess we filled up the old one... http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=280149

Welcome to 2014! Now get your ass in top physical condition!

No one else started it so here it is!

**From the 2013 Thread**

If you want to get back into lifting, or need a new lifting routine, START HERE:

http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wi...inner_Programs

If you have questions about the SS programs, look here:

http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ

Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

http://madcow.hostzi.com/5x5_Program/Linear_5x5.htm

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

Doing HITTS training and boxing class while eating clean. I'm tired of being stuck at 233

I remember I had trouble getting over that hump, too. You'll get there!

He is also a moron for driving around with that shit in his car
He's so weird and comes of likes he's always jacked on speed. Talks a mile a minute, bounces around in conversation and he's passionate to the point of creepy when he talks.

He has his syringes with him in his gym bag. No idea why. He told me his girlfriend shoots him up. I hope he knows you don't have to inject solely around a workout time for them to work. Might have been IGF though???

I'm hovering at 175-182; I've got a lot of room to work with.

But to answer your question, this particular interval is at 1 1/2 years, roughly.

Last interval was 3.

And I suppose I should clarify:

When I say "gains", I don't mean body weight, but the amount of weight I can rep.

It's possible to be lean and strong.

There are dudes who are bigger than me that can't even touch some of the numbers I throw up.

But then again, my fat-quotient and theirs are MILES apart.

Hell, 45 plates don't even cut it for lower back and side-core work anymore.

I had to start using a curl bar behind my head so I could build.

:-)

And how about some real lifting?!?! LOL

Squats, bench, deads. You know, actually lifting, not side bends and shit.

PS I hold a 90-100 lb dumbell in my hands for back extensions at 45 degrees. But that really doesn't mean a whole lot.

I do those.

I don't do deadlifts though. Not really interested.

I prefer free weights to machines.
