Into doing what? These were allegedly sent to the artist who isn't filling suit against him, civil or criminal. She's not even alleging criminal conduct in her story regarding him. So even if you see these messages as a threat, what do you allege he seeks to gain with such a threat?

The guy is a grade A moron no question, I just don't see how this is supposed to threaten anything other than the sanity of any English professors who attempt to read it.
