Yup. I get one every year and I can’t remember the last time I got the flu.

Most successfull quitters do it cold turkey. But, there is no "correct way" to quit. You do you. However, you get there, its going to be tough. That nicotine drug need is deep in your brain.

I was successful in quitting the first time. Thats rare. If you want it, you'll succeed. You wont be successful because you need to quit, You should quit. What worked for me was that I hate being told what to do. I looked at the cigarettes as telling me what to do. Made me happy to get the drug. Sad when I didn't get it. It owned me. Thats what did it for me.

FYI. A higher % of Respiratory Therapists smoke than the average American citizen. You would think we know better right? It's the stress of the job.

But really, don't smoke.
:-) Does this type of cigarette have a brand name?

Camel Turkish Royals

They were wonderful and smooth when fresh. Wasn't a commonly sold one so had to make sure to buy them from somewhere that sold them frequently because they were awful otherwise.

Do you find this odd?

I have never taken one puff off a cigarette in my life.

But I have smoked weed many times.

Is this common?

Never taken a drag off of a cigarette either.

Smoked plenty of cigars. Smoked a few joints and taken a few bong rips.

No cigs though.

Oh hell I was expecting something completely obscure. I do remember buying those for a while, probably when they first came out and they were promoting them but I don't recall them really standing out in any way and moved on to something else eventually.

Anyway, thanks for the info, I'll look around for them pass it on to TLO

Ive wondered when authorities would step in and shut oof the flow of people shopping at WalMart like its county fair time. Whole families dragging through and you know they are high likely to spread the bug

Dang, an employee at the McPherson, KS Dillons tested positive. I would imagine that McPherson county is about to see a jump in cases.
