Yea. I would agree with that. If I remember right, it started out as more of a pure sci-fi film, then had its budget cut. So it ended up set in a modern world with an outrageous premise.

I don't remember that; I just couldn't get past the idea that switching facial skin would make a person look identical to another person. Never mind teeth, eyes, bone structure, physical body characteristics, etc. Felt the same way about Darkman, which was dumb as fuck for the exact same reason. [Reply]
