I always thought it was just something that happened to elderly people, until one of my friends from high school who is a couple of years younger than me got them when he was in his late 40s. When he described how awful it was, I got the shot the next day.

If talking about the Shingles shot I went with Shingrix and it is 2 shots. You get 1 and then get another in 6 months. It did kick my ass for a day but worth it from what I`m told.
