Fisher is one of the best LTs in the game. If Fisher is healthy, it's not really an upgrade.
Other team's fans recognize it but this fanbase doesn't. Had two Packers fans mention that exact thing to me yesterday in conversation about the SB. In fact, they both feel like he is the best LT in the game. I don't think he's the best, but he's certainly top 5.
I'm all in for replacing Fisher with a draft pick if he can't come back but given Veach's comments, it sounds as though it must have been only a partial tear with expecting him back in August. I won't replace him with a to-be 33-year-old tackle that gets pissy when things don't go his way. [Reply]
