Another playoff run, and a winning season has us drafting at the tail end of each round.
This is the 6th year in a row that we will be tracking the college players the Chiefs have publicly or privately expressed interest in leading up to the NFL Draft.
For those who are new, the way this operates is that we collectively monitor various social media sources, blogs, articles and reports for news of the Chiefs' interest in a certain player. When posted in this thread, I will update the OP to include the player. *Please provide the link to the article, the players name, position and team.
I am going to try to link to player profiles when they exist, courtesy of draftbreakdown.com. For some of the lesser-known guys, it may just be a random video or profile from their team website.
I think this is a guy to really watch going forward. Decent size at 6'2 215, big hands at 10 6/8, and has been one of the stars so far this week in practice. [Reply]

You bet, man. It's a fun exercise. Love draft time. [Reply]
What restrictions are placed on guys from the service academies? I know the rules have changed since the Roger Staubach/Napoleon McCallum days, but how? [Reply]

I think it varies, depending on their agreement with the service, no? [Reply]
“A service member can request to be tendered an appointment in the reserve upon graduation and satisfy their commissioned service obligation in the Ready Reserve.”
Used to be 2 year active duty assignment. Things have changed apparently. [Reply]
