Nzoner's Game Room>Chiefs Claim Suggs
CaliforniaChief 03:07 PM 12-16-2019
Chiefs get Suggs, per Rapoport.

Former #AZCardinals pass-rusher Terrell Suggs was claimed by the #Chiefs, source said.

You've got to be kidding me. He's got a checkmark and everything.

My God, what a time to be alive :-)

Twisted turning up his troll game LOL.

"You learn more from failure than you do success."

Terrell Suggs knows the #Chiefs have had some heartbreaks the last few years. He said the experiences helped today.

Also "It doesn't hurt us to have the reigning MVP and definitely, the best tight end in the game on your team." pic.twitter.com/WYwT6nBQP3

Respect. I've hated Suggs for awhile. I thought he was a cunt.

I was obviously grossly incorrect.

Suggs is thankful we got him instead of Baltimore.

He may not have showed up big on the stat line, but dude is a smart, tough football player who plays VERY fundamentally sound.

I'm very glad to have him for this stretch run.

and I'd bring him back next year if he wants to stay, too. Great mentor for the younger players.

Our rush lanes were solid across the board.

That's my thought too. Extra coach on the field who can be a positive influence on the other guys. And he's still capable of making plenty of plays himself.

Interesting thought... Suggs has played the 49ers twice. That's a lot of notes for a guy who studies the hell out of the game.

I hadn't thought about that. You're right. That could be very useful in game planning.

Frank Clark has some experience too since he played for Seattle Seahawks last year. It was RT Mike McGlinchey's rookie season so I am sure he is better this year. I would think Frank Clark and LT Joe Staley have had many battles along the line.

I wonder if he woulda played for TEN or HOU had they put in a claim. I wanna say no but IDK.

Excellent point. He could be very helpful to the coaches and other players in game preparation. I think he will play his heart out in this game. Could be his last chance at a ring.
Halfcan 02:17 PM 01-24-2020
Suggs wants that ring to complete his career.

Yeah, going out with a Ring after 16 seasons would be how almost all players would like to go out if they could choose.

I wonder if Colquitt hangs it up if we win.
