We all have varying opinions about the impact of this, the numbers, etc. We will all never agree with each other. But we can all keep it civil.

Thanks!

We all get that, you know 100K died of heart disease in the same time frame right? Another 50K every month following will die as well.

We have 25 cases in the county, with a 1 case increase in the last week. Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Sam's Club are all pretty damn busy along with every fast food drive through in town is absolutely packed at lunch. The metro area population is about 250K.

I've never thought treating SW Missouri like NYC made sense or even treating SW Missouri like STL or KC for that matter.
Fear makes some want to be told to hide under a rock and mock those that want to live life....kinda interesting

I wonder what could have induced so many heart disease deaths during that time frame.

If what some have said is true in that we have up to 30 million people who really have this then that puts the 70k number in a completely different perspective rightly or wrongly.

And that's my problem with this entire argument. People pick and chose what numbers they want to use and when based on the need of their argument.

Oh I get that but you keep throwing up numbers using the numbers as an impactful statement. 70K! in 2 months.

Yea well more people than that die every single month (for years now) from another illness. I mean you can see the point there correct?

Dead is dead.

People are trying to attribute a black or white answer to something that doesn't have one hence why we all going in circles.

It doesn't change the fact that 70k died in 2 months. What other virus has done that lately?

What numbers have I picked and chosen?
