I'm thinking about getting a new set, and I have no idea where to begin. What is best? What do you work with? What should I stay away from? Halp, plz.

I have owned Wusthof Classic for over 10 years. Bought mine at Crate and Barrel and these have been awesome. You can buy the 2 stage sharpener or have them professionally sharpened.

I've also been using Wusthof Classic knives for more than 10 years now. Still look and perform basically like new. Money well spent.
