If he plays tomorrow (and it sounds like he will) he can’t play Sunday for us, so there is no deal in place yet, or reasonably close.

If he doesn’t play (be on the 46 man roster) and is traded before Saturday, he can play for KC Sunday.

Iircyou have to be on the active roster for 24 hours to be eligible to play that week.
