Is is the same type of 1 year deal as Hamilton pennell and the other guy where it only counts as the minimum salary but he actually gets paid a bit more? [Reply]

Was thinking along similar lines, though I don't think Kelce is ever going anywhere. Travis will retire a Chief, probably when he's 35-36.
But this guy looks to be a significant upgrade over any TE2 we've had over the last 5-6 years, and could be the key to making the offense completely unstoppable a la the Patriots O back when Aaron Hernandez and Gronk were together. Along with Hill, Watkins and Hardman there'd be no stopping them. [Reply]
