Thanks to my vape, I've had only one single cigarette in the past 3 weeks. I have zero cravings for them and I feel considerably better. In fact, I still have about 5 smokes left in a pack and just can't see myself smoking those... don't want to.
Even better... 5ml of juice, which costs $5, lasts me about 2 weeks meaning that I am spending less in the long run. I only smoked, at most, a pack a week... but still.
I tried the Blu E-Cigs but they were terrible. Trying to "smoke" out of one of those was like trying to take a hit off a joint that was rolled WAY to tight.
I'm using an eGo-V v2 mega battery with variable voltage control with a gravity tank.
How exactly does the eGo-V suffer from blu? I've talked to a bunch of people including family who couldn't make the switch to the blu. What were the drawbacks and how is eGo better?
Been thinking of getting some sort of portable vape myself for a different reason. [Reply]

I had 3 major problems with Blu. First, you have to suck on it with enough force to pull a golf ball through a garden hose to get any smoke. Second, after about 20 puffs... it starts tasting like burnt electronics smell. Third, the cartridges don't last very long and are expensive for the amount of smoke you get.
As for the vape. There is no difficulty in taking a drag and each drag produces a nice amount of smoke. Better yet, it hits the back of your throat almost like a cig does. Also, you don't have to buy new cartridges each time... you simply refill the tank with juice that costs far less than the replacement cartridges. [Reply]
And you can find replacement juice with THC in it....
Lol
I've heard many mixed reviews. Seems the cheaper e cigs are crap but spend a little more upfront and get your cravings met. Like you said PR. I've been thinking about the switch. [Reply]
I currently use an Ego twist and have been without cigarettes for quite some time (see my sig). I love it, the only thing that sucks is trying to find the right juice. They can taste amazing at first, but after a day or so the flavor can get boring. I currently only use three flavors and I need to start searching for more before they get boring.
If anybody is interested in doing this and has any questions, I would be more than happy to help. I've done quite a bit of research on the topic. [Reply]
I've been using mine for about a year now and love it. I order my juice from here http://www.mister-e-liquid.com/ They have a great variety and they taste better than anything local I've found. [Reply]

I really like them. I have a local spot that has a few great flavors too: www.vaporsknoll.com. I highly recommend dumber juice, pon-pon, cracked, and cracknotic. I use cracked on almost all of my juices. It tastes like sugar, basically. I use it to sweeten juices that I feel need it. [Reply]
What tanks are you guys using? I use Kanger mostly. I love the Protank and the Protank II mini. It keeps me from having to buy a shit ton of different coils for replacement. With these coils running at $1.75 a pop and being bottom fed I am a happy customer. [Reply]
The most you have smoked is a pack a week and you can't just put them down cold turkey?
WOW. This should be extremely easy. You were not even smoking 3 cigs a day. [Reply]

all I see is gator vapor as a vendor, do they make their own tanks? [Reply]
My father in law runs a vapor store. Dude makes a lot of money off of it right now. Makes his own juices in house.
The only problem with those is that if the government decides to tax it like cigarettes, nobody will save that money from it. But if you are doing it to quit it wouldnt matter anyways. [Reply]

Good for him. I wanted to try and get involved in it, because there is money to be made in getting people off cigarettes, but I couldn't find a decent launch point. So I decided college. [Reply]
