I didn't think it would hit me like this. It seems in the last 2 years we faced every demon. I was nervous the entire 4th but when we got the ball back at the end I couldn't hold back my emotions.

I teared up a bit after the Fuller pick when the celebration began on the sideline. Mostly out of joy but my dad was the biggest Chiefs fan and died of lung cancer in April 2018. Really a bittersweet night.

I cried last night at the end of the game. I cried again when I got back to the hotel when I watched the 4th quarter highlights. And I’ve cried 3 more times today watching the 4th quarter highlights again.

It’ll never get old. I am savoring and enjoying this far beyond what I had ever dreamed.
