Apparently he’s bringing the Rams OC with him and McVay can’t block it because it’s a lateral move.

Last thing for today. The NFL has 2 Black head coaches. The league is made up of 70% black players and the Chargers tried to slide in the hiring of their HC post playoff games to sneak it in. Just for context 4 black coordinators coaching in the conference championship this week.

That's an interesting move. Wonder how long he can keep that guy if he's successful in implementing that offense.

Staley is NOT a Seattle defense tree guy, from what I can tell. Wonder what that scheme will look like now...
