Think about that.
There's no personal opinion embedded in my post as it can be interpreted to support both primary narratives here.

I don’t know if you remember but there was no social distancing during spring break for many.
The social distancing guidelines have been in place longer than that.

(I think - time is kind of ducked up for me right now)

Have we given up on warmer weather killing the virus off, or slowing transmission? I haven't heard much talk on that lately.

And that's the creepy part for me. It always has been. Viruses aren't technically alive. Nor intelligent. So, what is that? Innate self-preservation without life and intelligence?

The Netherlands is going with the approach of a controlled exposure to COVID-19 to their lower risk population to encourage herd immunity and targeted social distancing measures rather than mass lockdowns.

Today they had a decrease in the daily rate of new cases and deaths.

Maybe, but at least their daily rate of new cases and deaths decreased while countries under mass lockdowns are continuing to see huge increases in cases/deaths.

They haven;t done it, so it's moot:

The Madison Square Garden Company Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jim Dolan has tested positive for coronavirus. He has been in self-isolation and is experiencing little to no symptoms. He continues to oversee business operations.

1 day of fewer cases and deaths is not a trend.
