Nzoner's Game Room>Anybody worried about Tampa?
RaidersOftheCellar 05:53 PM 10-25-2020
When Vegas made the Bucs the favorite to win the SB, I scoffed. But they seem like they could be rounding into a powerhouse. The defense is probably the best in the league. Now they have Brown.

Anybody worried, should KC return to the big game?

This is what I was saying earlier this week. Bucs front 7 looks scary, scary good. They worry me more than Antonio Brown.

Running backs vs. the Buccaneers in 2020

Alvin Kamara: 12 carries-16 rush yards-1 rush TD
Christian McCaffrey: 18-59-2
Melvin Gordon: 8-26-0
Joshua Kelley: 9-7-0
Justin Jackson: 6-9-0
David Montgomery: 10-29-1
Aaron Jones: 10-15-1
Josh Jacobs: 10-17-0

I think its completely opposite. EVERYTHING revolves around Henry and where hes at, what he is doing. Tannehill has been good but he has to do alot of it off of play action to be efficient.

When the strength of your D is run defense and LB’s, that really doesn’t scare me at all with this offense.

1. Their pass rush, while good, is nothing like the 49ers and Chargers (when healthy).

2. Their secondary doesn’t matchup well at all.

I’d also take Reid in a chess match against Bowles all day.

Even though Seattle doesnt have a pass rush they are the biggest challenge to KC. Russ has thrown dimes all year.

Lol no. Mahomes is miles better than System Tom. Russell Wilson is more of a threat to this team out of the NFC.

Mahomes can and will torch them.

How quickly we forget when a team loses to the Foles-led Bears...

There is a TON of parity in the NFC. If Tampa doesn't get the 1 seed and the bye itll be damn tough to navigate three straight wins against this group: Seattle, San Fran, Green Bay, New Orleans, LAR/Chicago/Arizona. Wilson, Brady, Rodgers, Brees that is 4 first ballot HOFers. Doesnt even account for the the defending NFC Champs 49ers.

The offense revolves around the THREAT of Henry, not just him being productive.

You see when the Titans have to abandon the run that Tannehill becomes completely mortal.

If they want to fix him a super bowl. They will match him to Lamar & kill two birds with one stone. Covid should make it look legit

Bowles is blitz happy. If he blitzes Mahomes on like 50% of the snaps he’s gonna have a bad time. Mahomes ain’t Derek Carr.

I mean, look at what Herbert and the Chargers offense did to them in the deep game. If our offensive line holds up (this game is two weeks after our bye so HOPEFULLY we can have Mitch back), then we can most definitely create big plays in the passing game.

who are 5-1 and have a damn good defense. Not the best 5-1 team obviously, but ya, not a bad loss. I think it’s fair to say that it’s been an adjustment for a lot of those guys on offense up to this point. Brady hasn’t played in a different system for like 20 years.
