Otherwise, have fun, talk shit, freak out and lose your goddamned minds. It's Draft Weekend. The hot takes in these threads are so funny. I'll also be starting player threads for each of our picks as they are made, with videos and notable stats/takes in the OP. These separate threads will be made as soon as the news breaks, outside of this thread. I will link the threads below. Pure knee-jerk gold to reference in the future.

Here are our picks:

Round 1, #28: Xavier Worthy
Round 2, #63: Kingsley Suamataia
Round 4, #131: Jared Wiley
Round 4, #133: Jaden Hicks
Round 5, #159: Hunter Nourzad
Round 6, #211: Kamal Hadden
Round 7, #248: C.J. Hanson

Here is a list of the prospects the Chiefs have shown interest in this year.

Ok champ, I'm allowed to have an opinion and you are as well, I've already admitted I hope I'm wrong,; he's a chief now so I'm 100 percent rooting for him

The Chiefs never were going OT early unless a unicorn fell.

It's not likely Andy would start a rookie at LT unless he had to (Morris) and the Chiefs are in 100% win-now mode.

There wasn't a LT worth a shit available at that spot

You're probably right but I really liked Guyton... oh well let's hope Wanye or I guess Niang work out

Bring back Donovan Smith and draft a left tackle during the next days… and maybe Wanya takes a significant leap in year two.

Him and Roman Wilson are the most overhyped wide receivers, or just players really, in this draft.

He is, but that dude might as well be invisible.

I think so, the doubt doesn't really evoke much confidence, but yeah, as far as I know he's still rostered up

McConkey is more overhyped than Wilson by a fair bit, IMO.

Well whoever it would've been would've immediately been a better prospect than Morris was...

That's the problem fellas - at some point we're gonna have to coach someone up or be content with stop gaps. Because we ain't getting a Joe Alt in the late 20s/early 30s.

Guyton was as good a LT convert candidate as you're likely to see at the back of 1. So I wouldn't say there wasn't anyone worth drafting.
