Yeah, I'm pretty sure he does. In one of his more well-known videos he's in the middle of an angry rant when you hear an older man in the background yell at him to be careful about his blood pressure. He responds, "F**k my blood pressure" and then keeps on ranting.
Another time someone just outside the door to his room asks him if he wants some waffles (or some other food, I can't remember what it was). In that video someone else says that "mom wants you to keep it down" or something to that effect.
