Nzoner's Game Room>Super Bowl LIV - Miami, FL Roll Call Thread
Brooklyn 06:21 PM 01-19-2020
Post up in here if you will be at the Super Bowl on 2/2 in Miami, FL.

I had airline booked and sideline seats in the 300s wrapped up on Monday following the Texans game. Just couldn’t talk about it until it was reality. I’ve come to learn there is no superstition or luck, there is only Mahomes. Eat, wear, do whatever you want because Mahomes is the greatest QB to ever lace ‘end up.

Anyways, as the thread suggests, if you’re going to the game, give a shout. Would be cool to hear the different stuff everyone has planned, where peeps are traveling from, etc. I get on Friday afternoon and fly back to JFK early Monday morning.

My price point is about $2,500.

We’ll see how the ticket market is on Saturday/Sunday.

I wouldn't be surprised if a person with that much in cash in hand could end up buying a ticket from someone who ended up with an extra ticket due to flight mishaps or something like that. Say one person has 4 tickets, but only 3 in his party made it to game and now the group is stuck with an expensive piece of paper whose value is rapidly perishing. They might be happy to swap that fourth ticket for hard cash.

Yeah, if tickets were $950 I'd do it. My limit is apparently somewhere in between $950 and $4,400, and probably on the lower end.

I'm curious about the makeup of the crowd. Assuming a lot of it is corporate, many who aren't really into the game.

But for those of us who either bought/received tickets, I'll bet it's majority Chiefs fans.

If we do our job you won't hear Demi Lovato finish the national anthem but just CHIEEEEEEEEEEFS instead.

I've had tickets to two other Super Bowls that I've given to others because I always vowed not to attend the event until the Chiefs made it.

I know it's going to be a corporate, disjointed atmosphere, but dammit, I'm excited. And I can't wait for the end of the national anthem.

Just going to be a very unique experience.

I too vowed to go if they ever went to the SB, so I'll be there. Broke, but there.

I went the SB in Miami in 2006 when Norma Hunt did the coin toss.

You're gonna have a blast.

Ticket prices haven't seemed to start having the typical decline as the game nears.
https://www.foxbusiness.com/sports/s...-prices-record

Cheapest seats at nflonlocation.com are around $4,500 plus about 20% in fees. https://tickets.nflonlocation.com/e/...oduct=AllSeats

I didn’t think we’d see a decline in prices. The smaller venue along with long wait for Chiefs fans makes supply far less than demand.
