No way anyone is paying that. If so, the deal would already have been made.
pick 31 and a 3rd next year sounds more doable.
For a franchise LT of his caliber? Yeah, thats what it would take.
The Chiefs first rounders just aren't going to be very valuable to teams because it's gonna be in the back ass end of the first. Plus he's already paid and under control contractually for 3 years. [Reply]

I'd much rather give this year's 1st, next year's 1st, and a 3rd for Tunsil than to pay the same (or more) to trade up into the top 12.
All in all, I'd prefer to stay at 31 and not trade picks at all but if we're trading away next year's 1st, I want a proven guy like Tunsil, not a rookie. [Reply]

Because when it comes to pass rushers, you always bet on traits and athleticism. This dude is a freak athlete that hasn’t been playing football very long. He’s just scratching the surface as a pass rusher, and he’s already pretty solid against the run.
Yea the production wasn’t there this year, but it was a weird year. He was very disruptive on tape and consistently got pressure. He also had 6 sacks in a situational role in 2019, so it’s not like he’s incapable of being productive.
The only reason you even have a shot at this guy at 31 is the lack of production. [Reply]
