Do you honestly think Veach is finished addressing the RB position this offseason because he signed CEH for a bag of kicking tees? CEH is nothing but a cheap, BREAK GLASS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY depth signing who already knows the system in case Pacheco and Dobbins (or draft pick, or different F/A pickup) get hurt.
