No it's been used by black power supporters, as well as socialists and communists. It generally means solidarity by a group so it changes with the context. So if it's a black fist it's for black power. The French and Soviet revolutions, the United States Communist Party, and the Black Panther Party have all used it.

It showed up almost immediately within the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS, which used it in a flyer for the 1968 Chicago National Democratic Convention protest) .
SDS was a socialist group.

This is called the red communist fist:

Here are mug shots of the first group of people who were arrested for criminal activity in the Denver protests. It's really hard to tell who's the brains of the outfit.

The only item damaged during the Boston Tea Party was a single broken padlock onboard one of the ships, replaced the very next day by the patriots themselves. The sole injury that night was to John Crane, a member of the Sons of Liberty who was temporarily knocked unconscious when struck by a crate of tea. They didn’t rampage through the streets of Boston, or exploit the anger of the moment to burn down the homes or businesses of their neighbors.

Read a fact-based historical book once in awhile-- they will help you with critical thinking and applying logic.
Holy crap, well done. Thanks for taking the time to post this

Wrong, I dispute the claim that there's some shadowy organization controlling the riots. Some putz taking a road trip to break some windows isn't surprising.

Who’s placing the pallets of bricks in downtown areas across the nation?
