Confirmed, per source, Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill had a posterior SC (sternoclavicular) dislocation which was successfully reduced in the hospital. No surgery required. He will stay overnight.

Film isn't helping anyone vs. this offense. :-) [Reply]
He won't be back this week. Like someosaid before he will lightly practice probably this week and if he responds good then closer to a full practice after that. They aren't going to rush him back. Why risk a setback at this point. Not worth it. Sun night for Indy at the soonest. And I'm perfectly fine with that. [Reply]
I suspect he'll have to do full practice for a week or two before they let him play. He'll need to take a few hits to see how his body reacts and also see how he feels when he lands on the ground after a high catch etc. [Reply]
Not a chance n hell they play him this week. Too short of a recovery time despite how much he may be bouncing around, and that fake turf in the Lion's stadium makes for hard landings. No thanks. [Reply]
Tyreek Hill is out here running routes and looks really good. Today is 3 weeks from his injury. I’m told he will be evaluated this week and they’ll see where he is heading into next week. pic.twitter.com/D1Ozz52Rem
