If both teams win out. Baylor beats KU in the big 12 championship, doesn’t that mean Baylor is the #1 seed?

That's hard to estimate. In general conference championships don't have a huge impact.

It might be nowhere if the Coronavirus blows up. I think there is a chance the NCAA Tournament could get postponed or cancelled. I said chance, not that it is likely. But then we can just lay another Helms title as we would be the overall #1.

Typically they have the bracket set before the tournament championship game.
