We need to have at least one of Fenton and Claiborne

I’m guessing they think one of them at least will play.. can’t see us going into the game with 3 corners.

Although, NE likes to use heavier personnel and we like to use 3 safeties often in favor or 3 corners.

It's good to know Darrel is just a Hammy. I was just sure he'd popped his achilles

Breeland went out during the game? I guess he is OK.

Sure hope we have both Fenton and Claiborne for this game.

Could do with the corners getting healthy, but more worried about Michel out of the backfield and our soft LB play

Michel? He has been awful this year.

It’s Edelman and White that we need to give extra attention too.

Agreed.

IMO, we should double Edelman the way the Texans did, put a CB on Michel and just put as much pressure on Brady as possible. His numbers against the blitz this year are historically bad. We don't even have to actually sack him; just getting him to scramble/throw off-platform is enough to ruin his completion percentage.

Why would you put a corner on Michel? He very rarely is in on passing plays.

Damien Williams RB, Kansas City Chiefs
Damien Williams (ribs) didn't practice again Thursday.

Darrel Williams (hamstring, IR) is done for the season. The Chiefs also added old friend Spencer Ware to the backfield. Coach Andy Reid has already stated he's well aware of LeSean McCoy's age and won't place too heavy of a burden on him. It seems incredibly likely we see a two or even three-back committee with Shady, Darwin Thompson and maybe Ware if Williams is ultimately sidelined. It's tough to expect Damien to inherit a near full-time role if active due to the nature of ribs injuries.
