David Spades Hollywood minute. Spade was fearless and would talk shit about everyone. He famously pissed off Eddie Murphy by saying “look a falling star, make a wish”.

Baldwin’s truck driver at the diner

Lucy Lawless at Stevie Nicks fajita house

Bill shader as the homeless guy who won’t make lewd gestures at Jennifer Aniston

Farley on the Japanese game show... CALL THE EMBASSY!

That’s just a few off the top

Does TV Funhouse count, because it's reliably the hardest I've laughed at SNL over the years.

Ace and Gary must have drove the censors crazy! :-)

At this point, I've lost nearly all sense of what is common knowledge and what is a revelatory bit of trivia, . . . but Ace and Gary were voiced by Steve Carell and Stephen Colbert, . . . before either of them even got their big break with The Daily Show. Though I guess Colbert did have a recurring role on Strangers with Candy.

But my favorite all-time TV Funhouse isn't even a favorite for its humor, though it's still hilarious just not laugh out loud hilarious. More 'that is quality writing' hilarious.

Darlene Love is a national treasure

It's just a quality production all around, smart writing, smart visuals, smart mastering of the song and a great singing performance, . . . and that's before you even get to the funny, . . . if you know what I mean.

Yes it was. Created by Robert Smigel.

One of my favorites is actually pretty recent. It was called translator. It was a dog that they put a translator on and he started talking pro Trump. The owner and the people she was showing to all got offended. Hilarious.

Anything Phil Hartman did was priceless. Clinton in Mcdonalds was the best.

Also Will Ferrell "We need more Cowbell" Blue Oyster Cult "Don't Fear the Reaper"...and you got Christopher Walken as producer Bruce Dickinson.

Great idea for a thread. Bringing back a lot of memories. Most of my favorites have already been mentioned. A few that I don't think have been brought up:

Eddie Murphy going undercover as a white guy.
The "K-I-L my landlord" prison authors bit.
Dana Carvey as Tom Brokaw announcing the death of Gerald Ford.
Chris Farley finding out he's been drinking decaf.
John Belushi performing with Joe Cocker.
