I know they used to have very tough dancing criteria that weeded out a lot of pretty faces. After seeing a few pics I'm wondering if the new filter is that they don't allow any tattoos at all. That would seemingly limit options.

Two people I 'knew' (more as acquaintances) in school were chiefs cheerleaders for a while in the early 00s. Both would be #1 and #2 in that group, IMO. From what I heard they get paid basically nothing and the time commitment needed to be a cheerleader is actually fairly high. It's not a full time job, and unless you have a sincere love of dance or the team in your early 20s it isn't really an attractive side gig. It seems more like something you do just to do it.
