One minor thing here: Harrison Phillips is going in the first rd. Daniel Jeremiah already has him there based on what he’s heard.

CB seems to be the strong suit of this rd. Who else should we look at?

I still want the 2019 second round pick from Peters to be traded in for an additional second round this year, give a solid guy an extra year in the league before the prime window of contention opens 2019-2020

That's not a bad idea but wonder what it would take to do that? The 2nd alone wouldnt

I guess it depends heavily on what number 2nd round pick would be acquired, but 2019 2nd plus the Foles comp pick might get us into another second round 2018?

For a higher than 54 pick (but still 2nd round), I'd even give up a 4th in 2018.

2019 2nd, 4th and 6th? I’m not so sure I’d do it unless a guy like Vander Esch was there and you could get Vander Esch and Tim Settle.

Watching more Tim Settle. Man he’s fucking disruptive and athletic. He has weight issues and controlling them. That’s one thing I’ve read. But man he’s fun to watch. This is going to be my guy for round 2.

Have you watched Taven Bryan?

He’s on my dream list along with those two

I watched a little. Not as much as Settle. Matt Miller takes about him on the podcast (Bryan). Said he has some splash plays but a lot of inconsistent plays too. I’ll watch more of him.

If you haven’t watched Settle, do so now

I did mean 2019 2nd and either 2018 4th or 6th, depending on what 2018 2nd round pick was being acquired. Not sure about all 3, unless it was very high second to get a beast like the guys you mention.

Settle is going in the first round. He's good.

Just saw a video this morning of Tanoh working out.

I like that guy. He always played his ass off when he got the opportunity this year. I really hope he can take over at ROLB. Not only for his sake, but for the team. We used a 2nd rounder on that guy, expectations should be higher than they are for him. If he could step up this season, that erases one of our biggest needs.

I don’t think so. Here’s why, QBs will be pushed up in this draft. Maybe even RBs to get ahead of the early round 2 picks. I think Settle goes in round 2.

On Move the Sticks Podcast, they talk about both my guys Tim Settle and Rasheem Green. DJ gives Settle a 3rd round grade.

This is what I’ve been trying to say. I’ve seen too many reputable draft guys with Settle in the 2nd/3rd to give up hope that we can get him.

Here’s to hoping his combine isn’t TOO good.
